The Dave Magrogan Group (DMG) is a full service consulting, marketing, and management company created by Dave Magrogan. The majority of DMG’s focus is in the restaurant industry. Currently DMG owns and manages the very successful Kildare’s Irish Pub chain, Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House, and Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar. DMG has also advised or managed several other restaurant entities including Pat Croce’s Rum Barrel in Key West, FL.
DMG definite chief aim is to establish and manage 25 restaurant units by 2012 with a gross sales of 75 million dollars. The majority of these units will be made up of the Kildare’s Irish Pub and Doc Magrogan’s Oyster house restaurants.
The foundation of DMG has been to create strong relationships in several industries based on honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and to focus on creating positive win-win business transactions. All DMG business dealings are conducted based on the principle of making sure that all parties benefit and a fair, ethical long-term relationship can be established. All DMG work environments are based on the premise of guest first, employee second and management third. DMG is founded on creating a positive, exciting and rewarding workplace that develops and supports our employees. This philosophy is taught through a new division of DMG, called Rhino Living.
Dave Magrogan and Molly Nece have joined forces to bring the Rhino Living philosophy to people all over the country. DMG success principles, email services and business coaching have been developed from years of practical research in the field combined with time tested academic principles that drive success and achievement.
In addition to DMG’s restaurant interest, DMG has part ownership of the Two Men and a Truck franchise, for the Southeastern Pennsylvania region, and in a partnership with Augustus Films, a film and full service marketing company. Both of these alliances have brought our clients added value on many occasions.
